There are numerous reasons to seek support from a psychologist.
You are unique. As are your concerns and anxieties.
During our introductory first meeting we will talk about your reason for coming, the type of counselling and support you’re seeking, and how you would like to progress.
I will introduce myself, outlining my open and supportive approach to the psychological consultation process. I will answer any questions you may have, and put you at ease.
If you wish to pursue a course of counselling, we will agree on the number and frequency of meetings. We will then select a mutually convenient day and time to meet at our discreet and calming consulting room.
Consultations last 50 minutes – with recommended weekly frequency. Of course, the number and frequency of consultations depends on the nature of the issue at hand.
Meetings must be arranged and confirmed in advance by phone or email.
